Labrador Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix canine friend Coda
Our canine friend Coda, a playful 3 month old Labrador Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix.
Coda
Coda, a 3 month old Labrador / Chesapeake Bay retriever started training with up yesterday. She lives with Mom, Dad and two very young * kids. Of cause it’s very difficult for Mom to control all them.
Coda is playful, smart and well socialized. I have had no problems training her. Very quickly she learnt to Sit & Stay, Ignore / Leave it, Come and Down & Stay. She also did very well when we practiced walking on a leash. Puppies learn well and retain what they learn, so there’s no better time to start training.

*Buyers with children should try to find a breeder who also has children in the home or have a socialization plan in place for puppies. All interactions between puppies and children should be carefully controlled to avoid mishaps from either side.
The role of the parents appears obvious: parents are responsible for the cohabitation of their children and dog.
Children are at higher risk of being bitten by a dog than any other age group. Most dog bite accidents in young children occur during everyday activities in the home environment with a familiar dog. Eighty-six percent of dog bites occurring at home are found to be triggered by an interaction initiated by a child.
